Quality and freshness are a big deal at Eastside Big Tom. Only the freshest produce and ingredients are good enough for us. Our beef patties are produced fresh for us using a local producer and never frozen.
For our vegetarian customers, we offer Vegan Boca Patties as a substitute on any of our burgers. We also have a vegetarian chicken option available for our Chicken Sandwiches or Chicken Strip baskets.
