Eastside Big Tom’s is environmentally friendly–we use solar panels to heat our hot water and we recycle everything we possibly can. The used oil from our fryers is filtered and used directly in a vehicle.

Goop is our delicious burger dressing. Eastside Big Tom owns the trademark in Washington State for GOOP. It is rumored goop was handed down to Big Tom himself by the Haida Indians of the Pacific NW. Truth is, it’s from WalMart (yeah, they wish).
